Your Role

As a mechanical designer, you will be involved in developing new products as well as further developing and maintaining our existing solutions. Our products include systems, devices, and software for airplanes and helicopters.

The work primarily takes place in the CAD tool CATIA V5 and the analysis tool Ansys. A significant part of the role involves various types of calculations and analyses. You will also participate in tests, such as design and qualification tests, to verify and ensure our solutions. Here, you will have the opportunity to tackle technically complex applications, with exciting challenges including installation in tight spaces and requirements for vibration, strength, and temperature resistance.

To succeed and thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• A Master's, Bachelor's, or equivalent degree in mechanics, mechanical engineering, or product development.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Previous experience in avionics/mechatronics is an advantage. We prefer that you have worked in a CAD environment, preferably in CATIA V5. A significant part of the work involves optimizing cooling through thermal analyses, making a background in calculations a great advantage, preferably with tools like Ansys or Flotherm XT.
