As a quality engineer, you will coordinate, recommend, and plan quality assurance activities in daily production work as well as in the projects you participate in. You will drive and be responsible for improvement measures to continuously strengthen the quality of both products and work methods. The role involves close collaboration with production, production technology, quality, and purchasing quality. You will be part of a newly established team responsible for production technology issues, including production quality.

Your main tasks:

• Ensure product quality and be responsible for quality assurance activities and work methods
• Continuously monitor the quality situation and initiate quality assurance measures
• Drive root cause analyses and corrective actions
• Contribute to developing and broadening the team's collective competence
• Work closely with production personnel

We are looking for someone who is unpretentious, analytical, and solution-oriented with a clear focus on quality. You thrive in a role with many contact points and have the ability to take responsibility for your work from a holistic perspective. You work in a structured manner, both independently and together with others, and have an easy time communicating quality risks and improvement measures clearly and convincingly.

We would like you to have:

• Engineering background or equivalent competence with a focus on quality
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
• Experience in quality work in production-related environments

• Work in production-related operations
• ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
• IPC-610 and/or IPC-620
• Lean Six Sigma, preferably DMAIC
