33-year-old woman with multiple disabilities is looking for a new assistant. Is it you we are looking for?

With me, you will work with double assistance, and my disabilities mean that I need help in all situations, such as transfers, communication, hygiene, but also everything related to daily life such as laundry, cleaning, shopping, and cooking.

I enjoy when things happen in my daily life, like a walk or a trip to a museum or shopping center.

Since the job involves tasks that are close to my privacy, I am only looking for female assistants, preferably in my own age group, 20-40 years. It is a requirement that you are smoke-free, as the work is done close to me.

It is important to have good chemistry and for us to enjoy each other's company.

For you as an assistant to thrive in your role, you need to be willing to share yourself and enjoy playing music and singing together with me.

Additionally, you need to be confident enough to take your own initiatives and collaborate with other assistants in the group. I want you to be unafraid of challenges and problems that may arise, seeing opportunities instead of obstacles and finding new paths to solutions. You are responsible and have good teamwork skills with a strong work ethic.

You need to be in good physical shape and physically strong as I need assistance in all aspects of life, and I move with you as live support. There are situations involving manual lifting.

My assistants are my communication support as I do not have my own speech, and therefore you need to have very good knowledge of the Swedish language. You should be able to speak, read, write, and understand Swedish without any problems. This is important to avoid miscommunication between us. I also use visual aids in my communication.

Scope: Scheduled employment of 35 hours/week.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM / 3:30 PM - 10:00 PM, currently only weekdays. The position includes both day and evening shifts on a rotating schedule. NO night shifts.

NOTE! You must be able to work both day and evening shifts, not just days or evenings!
