About the role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will have a key role in driving qualified lead generation within one or more geographical regions in Sweden. You will work both operationally and coordinatively and be responsible for developing and optimizing digital activities, strengthening our local digital presence, creating engagement, and driving business results. You will collaborate closely with country managers, the sales organization, external partners, and our global marketing team. You can enlist partners for production, but you own the impact of the marketing efforts.

Main responsibilities

Your main responsibilities include planning, executing, and following up on digital activities based on local sales and marketing priorities, being responsible for our local websites including analysis, updates, and improvements, as well as working with marketing automation, preferably in HubSpot, where you create workflows, optimize conversion, and analyze results. You will ensure good visibility through SEO and keyword optimization, coordinate SEM and SMM campaigns together with local partners, and be responsible for technology and content around webinars. You will publish and adapt content in social media and lead the collaboration with local digital partners to ensure that activities are carried out as planned. We are looking for someone who is both analytical, solution-oriented, and action-oriented. You have the ability to drive activities from idea to result.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Experience in digital marketing, preferably within demand generation
  • Very good understanding of how web, automation, and social media create business impact
  • Knowledge of WordPress, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console
  • Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot is a plus)
  • Academic education in marketing or equivalent experience
  • Very good skills in Swedish and English

The role also involves regular dialogue with global partners in SEO, web development, marketing automation, and analysis, as well as knowledge sharing with other demand generation specialists within the organization.

Key metrics you influence

Your work directly impacts key metrics such as the number of qualified digital leads, sales via leads and the web shop, traffic, engagement, and conversion on our websites. Through your efforts, you contribute to overall market growth.

Other

You will work with an engaged and friendly team at our modern and bright office in Arlandastad. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. This is a hybrid solution, and we look forward to meeting in the office two days a week. Travel for work may be included as needed.
