For our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy sector, we are now looking for a Senior Project Quality Manager (PQM) – Oil & Gas for an assignment at their site in Finspång. Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for current and future market needs. This assignment offers you the opportunity to work in an international and forward-looking environment with many development opportunities. Initially, this is a consulting assignment for about 12 months through Unik Resurs, with a very good chance of extension. Responsibilities and Duties

Do you want to take a leading role in project quality in complex delivery projects within Oil & Gas and/or the gas turbine industry? We are now looking for a Senior Project Quality Manager (PQM) with a background as QMIP, PQM, or equivalent, who wants to be a key player in our project deliveries.

About the Role

As a Senior Project Quality Manager within Oil & Gas, you have a central role in the execution of projects. You act as a sub-project leader for quality and are responsible for all quality activities of the project. You are part of the project's core team and work closely with the project manager and other project members from different business areas. In this role, you are responsible for developing and following up on quality plans and coordinating and monitoring quality activities in the project. The content of the work varies depending on customer contracts, internal processes, and local laws and regulations. The role also includes several international business trips per year, where you visit customers and/or subcontractors.

Your Responsibilities

Be responsible for the project's Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA)
Ensure that the quality plan is implemented, adhered to, and maintained
Lead the project's quality team and be responsible for the quality budget
Be responsible for planning and following up on the project's quality activities
Report deviations from the company's quality management system to the quality organization
Support the project team with quality-related expertise, such as:

Deviations and error reports
Quality Gates
Lessons Learned

Be the coordinator and main contact for quality issues between the customer and the project team

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

Several years of experience as PQM, QMIP, or a similar role
Experience from the Oil & Gas industry and/or the gas turbine industry
Solid experience in quality management, quality control, and quality assurance
Experience working in project organizations, preferably in roles such as project manager or sub-project manager
Very good collaboration and communication skills
A strong customer focus and a results-oriented approach

Qualifications

University or master's degree in quality or a technical field, or equivalent work experience
Very good Swedish in speech and writing
Fluent English in speech and writing
Additional language skills are an advantage
Knowledge of gas turbines is an advantage
