In your role as a Customer Service Representative:
As a customer service representative, your task will be to assist our customers with their technical challenges. You will provide support for IT and telephony & switchboard solutions, as well as collaborate closely with our advisors, customers, and suppliers. You will also handle cases via phone, chat, and email, with the goal of always providing the best possible service to our customers. You will be part of a team of eight dedicated employees based at the head office in Malmö.

Responsibilities - Ongoing contact with customers, suppliers, and Advisera's Advisors - Ongoing support of telephony & switchboard solutions - Order registration and reconciliation in CRM system
We would like you to have: - An interest in Technology and IT - Completed secondary education - Previous experience in a service role and customer interaction. - Good data and system skills - You express yourself well in speech and writing - Are solution-oriented and pedagogical while enjoying working in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: - Documented experience in Telephony and IT-related services. - Experience in delivering subscriptions and switchboard solutions to customers. Why Advisera:
