About the position
As an administrator with service responsibility, you will be a key person in ensuring smooth operational management for our client. You will handle a variety of tasks, from coordinating technicians and managing invoicing to providing customer support and performing first-line troubleshooting, which requires both accuracy and a proactive approach.
In the role of service administrator, you will be a key person in the daily operations. Your focus will be on relieving the organization administratively and ensuring that the flow between customer, office, and technicians works flawlessly. You will work on-site at the office in Lund, weekdays from 07:00 to 16:00.
You will handle a variety of tasks, from coordinating technicians and managing invoicing to providing customer support and performing first-line troubleshooting, which requires both accuracy and a proactive approach. This is a role where you quickly get to take responsibility and contribute to an efficient operation in an unpretentious environment!
You are offered A consulting assignment starting immediately until the end of April. Possible opportunities for extension may exist.
Job responsibilities
Your main job responsibilities include:
- Distributing tasks and cases to technicians.
- Creating and managing invoices for completed assignments, including checking materials and working hours.
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding deadlines, execution, and invoices.
- Performing simple troubleshooting for error reports to facilitate the technicians' work in the field.
- Ordering materials and equipment for technicians.
We are looking for someone who
- Can start the assignment immediately and work until the end of April (week 17).
- Has previously worked in the Microsoft Dynamics system and has good system skills, allowing you to quickly adapt to the company's systems.
- Is meticulous, structured, and confident in taking responsibility for your tasks. You are also service-minded with good communication skills.
It is advantageous if you have
- Experience in invoicing and customer cases from your experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience as a service leader, work leader, or similar coordinating position.
- Previously worked in the SAP business system.
