• Provide the best possible service and business-oriented support to Swedbank's premium customers for whom you are responsible.

• Work focused on one of the bank's most prioritized customer segments.

• Take over an existing customer base and refine it through a proactive and structured approach, of course, you will also prospect for new customers.

• Offer comprehensive financial advice primarily to private customers.

• Become part of a team with driven and pleasant colleagues within the premium group and have close collaboration with colleagues in SBV, Private Banking, corporate and insurance specialists.

• At least two years of experience in pension, savings, insurance, and credit business.

• Swedsec Advisor License, Swedsec Mortgage License, and Insurance Distribution Rights Life Private (IDD).

• A very good ability to develop customer relationships and business over time.

• A structured way of working and good organization.

• A personal drive and willingness as well as the ability to do business with new and existing customers.

• High competence to inventory and manage the customer's total personal finances and read the customer's needs.

• Good ability to negotiate prices and terms.

• Good knowledge of anti-money laundering work and customer knowledge (AML/KYC).

• Proficiency in taxes and legal matters regarding personal finances.

• Demonstrated compliance with advisory documentation.

• Service orientation, quality awareness, structure in your work, business acumen, and being solution-oriented and relationship-building.

• Good oral and written communication skills.
