About the role

We are looking for someone who enjoys making contact with people and building relationships. In the role of telephone interviewer, you will contact companies and organizations in the business sector to map their competence needs and future recruitment plans.

You will conduct structured conversations with decision-makers and document the responses in a careful and professional manner. The work takes place on-site with an engaged team that is passionate about creating valuable connections between education and the labor market.

We are looking for someone who

• Is social, communicative, and enjoys talking on the phone
• Has a knack for building trust and relationships
• Is meticulous and structured in their work
• Has an interest in business, recruitment, and skills supply
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Previous experience in customer contact, sales, interview work or similar is a requirement
