Täta Tak Energi is growing and is now looking for a driven person who wants to work with us as a team leader for our field salespeople in the Helsingborg area. The team is in a building phase and you have the chance to be part of it from the start. Are you passionate about field sales and do you have the qualities to lead others? Then you might be the one we are looking for.

About the position:

As a team leader, you will be responsible for a group of field salespeople based in Helsingborg. You will coach and lead your team in their daily activities and you will be responsible for achieving their sales and results. A large part of your tasks will also involve selling in the field to private homeowners, and you will have a budget for your own sales.

Other tasks include:

• Monitoring sales statistics and budget
• Keeping yourself and your team updated with new information and guidelines
• Training and developing team members
• Participating in fairs and events

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previously worked as a team leader for a sales team
• Has experience in field sales and enjoys proactive sales
• Has experience working in a fast-paced, changing, and results-oriented environment
• Is skilled at understanding and motivating others based on their individual needs
• Is collaborative, unpretentious, and extroverted
• Has strong initiative and communication skills
• Can manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Has a valid driver's license (B)

About the employment:

A comprehensive training in our segment will take place at the start of employment.

Start: Immediately or by agreement

Extent: Full-time

Employment: Initially a 6-month probationary period

Location: You will be based in our offices but will primarily work in the field
