Do you have experience in production technology and want to develop processes in technically advanced environments? As a Production Technician at Together Tech, you will work closely with production and contribute to efficient methods, robust flows, and high-quality production processes in exciting and complex customer assignments. As a Production Technician, you will work hands-on with the development of processes, methods, and flows, becoming a key resource for the production areas you support. You will be part of a team responsible for industrialization, production technical preparation, and workshop support in the assembly of various products. Here, you will contribute to quality and production technical solutions, drive improvements, and ensure efficient and robust production flows. The role gives you the opportunity to influence the entire chain from method development and preparation to operational support in production, in an environment with high technical demands and close collaboration between functions. Some of your future tasks include: Driving industrialization and production technical preparation for assembly in complex manufacturing environments. Developing and optimizing methods, work steps, and flows for increased efficiency and robust production. Delivering qualified workshop support and solving technical issues close to operational activities. Creating and quality assuring production documentation, instructions, and standardized work methods. Initiating and implementing improvement initiatives related to quality, pace, and stability in production.

Your technical background

• High school diploma or relevant further education such as YH, university

• Work experience in production technology and/or workshop experience.

• Work-related knowledge to write and interpret work instructions.

• Experience in requirements management and working towards specified quality requirements.

• Good system skills and experience with production systems, preferably IFS.

• Good communication skills, fluent in Swedish and English

Some of our assignments are in security-classified areas, and for these, a security clearance is required before you can start the assignment. Swedish citizenship is a requirement for security-classified areas.
