Särnmark currently has over 3500 employees, and our customers and employees are located all over Sweden. Särnmark's headquarters is in Sundbyberg, but we also have offices in Uppsala, Gävle, Malmö, Linköping, Kinna, Uddevalla, Gothenburg, Karlstad, and Visby.

We are now looking for a personal assistant for one of our customers who lives in central Täby.

The customer is a man in his 45s who needs help with everyday tasks such as household chores, cooking, and activities.

As a personal assistant, you work closely with a person with functional variations in their daily life. You assist and support the person both in everyday life and during leisure time. As an assistant, you will also help with personal hygiene. Your workplace is where the customer is, and your tasks generally involve assisting the customer so that they can live the life they wish.

We are looking for someone who is mature and secure in themselves. You need to be humble, calm, and resourceful. In this role, it is important to have patience as some tasks may take longer. You need to be able to speak Swedish fluently.

The working hours are scheduled for both day, night, and weekends. At night, it is on-call.

Salary and other employment conditions according to the collective agreement for Personal Assistance, Vårdföretagarna - Kommunal.

In your application, you should state your citizenship. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a permanent residence permit in Sweden to be employed by Särnmark.
