The preschool is located in a turn-of-the-century villa on a large garden and nature plot, close to fantastic nature in the surrounding area. The Adventure strives to work with experience-based learning. In a playful way, the children are inspired and develop an interest in animals and nature. We hope you share our passion for outdoor education. Together with the other staff, you will be involved in the educational activities according to our own guidelines and Lpfö 18.

Frilufts Förskolor is a well-established company that has been active in preschool since 1993. We operate 11 preschools in five municipalities in Stockholm. The company is characterized by commitment, stability, safety, joy at work, and close proximity to management.

In Frilufts Förskolor’s operations, we use outdoor education as a method in all learning. This means that we have our gathering, dining room, play, creative activities, etc., outside in the yard and in nature. We work according to our own concept, "With Veda and Barke in Nature", where the children belong to the groups Discoverers, Explorers, and Adventurers. Everything we do is based on the guiding words Safe, Fun, and Educational.

Your Qualifications

You are an engaged, initiative-taking, and responsible person. We expect you, as an educator, to provide inspiration, safety, and knowledge to both the children and your colleagues. In addition to being an initiative-taking educator/resource, we see that your interest in nature and outdoor life is at a level that motivates yourself and inspires the children and your colleagues. You should have the ability to see the individual child's and the group's needs and, together with your colleagues, create an environment that promotes the children's development and learning.

Education

You should have completed upper secondary education in the care program, child and youth, or equivalent education (requirement)
