In Mellerud, we have a consolidated municipal primary care consisting of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation assistants, assistive technology technicians, nurses, nursing assistants, administrators, and unit managers. Job responsibilities

As an occupational therapist in municipal primary care, you are responsible for interventions according to HSL for patients in their own homes, special housing, and within LSS. The job responsibilities include:

• Assessment and treatment of activity ability for individuals in municipal primary care
• Prescription of assistive devices and housing adaptation certificates
• Planning and implementation of rehabilitative interventions at home and in the municipality's housing
• Interdisciplinary work together with nurses, physiotherapists, nursing assistants, and other professionals
• Documentation in accordance with applicable legislation and routines
• Competence development for care staff

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a licensed occupational therapist, has a good ability to work independently, and takes responsibility in your professional role. You have good communication skills and the ability to express yourself well in speech and writing. You have a rehabilitative approach and enjoy working closely with patients and their relatives alongside other professionals. Previous experience in municipal primary care is an advantage, and we place great importance on personal suitability and the ability to drive development.

A driving license for manual transmission is required.
