Are you an engaged and experienced district nurse who is passionate about making a difference in patients' lives? Do you want to be part of a dynamic and pleasant work environment? Then this might be the job for you!
About usAt Capio Vårdcentral Almö, we combine the best of both worlds - the closeness and flexibility of a small team, with the broad competence and security provided by our experienced staff. We are located at Almö center on the beautiful island of Tjörn on the west coast, just near the Tjörn bridge. You can easily reach us by car or bus. We have approximately 5600 registered patients, and we are over 25 engaged and solution-focused individuals working under one roof – primary care, child health care, and rehabilitation.
Your roleWe are looking for a qualified district nurse. If you also have experience working in primary care, it is considered an advantage. You are confident in your professional role and enjoy working independently. You have a strong commitment to providing our patients with both high medical quality and good accessibility. We believe you are responsible, structured, and have a good ability to organize your work. Furthermore, you see opportunities in challenges and want to actively contribute to the development of the organization.
The work includes reception duties, including patient visits and follow-ups, as well as telephone advice and virtual care meetings. Documentation and handling of SAMSA are also part of the job responsibilities.
We offer youWe have a positive and developing environment where the patient is always at the center together with all employees. Here, there is a close connection between idea and decision thanks to our local self-management and the strong commitment from our staff. You will have a say and your voice matters.
At the same time, we have the security of a larger organization behind us, providing support, opportunities for professional development, and exchange of experiences with colleagues from all over the country. The best of both worlds – the small, fast, and personal combined with the large and stable.
We also offer:
• Collective agreement
• Present manager
• Professional development, both internally and externally
• Wellness allowance
About youWe are looking for a licensed district nurse, preferably with a few years of experience – and ideally with experience in primary care, but this is not a requirement. The most important thing is that you are confident in both person and profession, have a patient-focused approach, and enjoy making a difference.
You are meticulous, flexible, and have the ability to switch pace depending on what the day brings – from calm conversations to quick decisions. You are a team player who likes to take initiative, has structure in your thinking, and a warm demeanor when meeting both patients and colleagues.
