Gråberget's residence is located at the top of the mountain of the same name in the Majorna district. Here, there are apartments for general care and nursing as well as for residents with dementia. In total, there are 56 apartments.

As a specialist nursing assistant with us, you will have the opportunity to utilize your specialist skills to create value for our residents. Your mission will be guided by the needs of the organization and aim at quality-enhancing efforts and improvement work.

In addition to the regular nursing assistant duties, your role as a specialist includes mentoring in everyday care work. You also support colleagues in communication with relatives. This may also involve mentoring in the work with implementation plans and social documentation.

Your working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a vocational higher education of at least 200 YH points relevant to the position (thus you are a trained nursing assistant and have the National Board of Health and Welfare's certificate of protected professional title)
• Is well grounded in the salutogenic approach and the national value base
• Is familiar with and can quickly adapt to different IT systems

• Experience in mentoring groups and individuals

You work to ensure that the student/client/user gets what they need. You convey information and ideas clearly both verbally and in writing. You ensure that your message is received.
