As a process lawyer at the Traffic Insurance Association, you will play a central role in our operations. You will be part of the legal team in the insurance department – a team of seven colleagues characterized by good cooperation and a strong sense of community.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Drive civil litigation processes in general courts
• Provide ongoing legal support to case handlers
• Conduct legal investigations
• Participate in various operational projects
• Prepare and conduct training when necessary

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a Swedish law degree
• Has experience in driving civil cases in court
• Has good collaboration skills and can act on their own initiative
• Is proactive and takes responsibility for high-quality results
• Has a systematic and meticulous working method
• Can understand and analyze complex issues
• Communicates clearly, distinctly, and in a structured manner

It is meritorious if you:

• Have experience in claims management, debt collection, and recovery of debts.
• Have good knowledge of procedural, debt, insolvency, and enforcement law.

About the Traffic Insurance Association (TFF)

TFF is a collaborative organization for the insurance companies that sell traffic insurance in Sweden. Our mission is to contribute to safety in traffic, both in Sweden and for Swedish road users abroad. We have about 120 employees. Most work in claims and debt collection management, legal affairs, claims adjustment, and the development of our IT systems. TFF's main tasks are to collect a traffic insurance fee from owners of uninsured vehicles, regulate damages caused by unknown, uninsured, and foreign vehicles, participate in international traffic insurance work, and administer a secretariat for the Traffic Damage Board.
