As a customer representative at Northbike in Umeå, you are the first contact for our customers – via phone, email, and in-store. You identify the customer's needs, provide advice, and ensure that every visit is a positive experience. You have daily contact with the workshop, warehouse, and sales team, contributing to creating order, structure, and long-term customer relationships. No day is the same, and you will have the opportunity to develop in an industry filled with passion, innovation, and community. Main responsibilities:

• Receive and greet customers in person, via phone, and email

• Identify customer needs and provide advice on products, services, and accessories

• Ensure that customer inquiries receive prompt and clear feedback

• Support and collaborate with the workshop, warehouse, and sales team

• Maintain order and structure in the customer reception and store

• Participate in marketing activities, events, and campaigns

• Help create a welcoming and representative environment
