You will start as a sales representative with clear responsibility for your area. When you achieve your goals, the opportunity arises to own and manage your district as a partner – with full freedom and control.
Your tasks will include:
- Contacting and developing new customers
- Recruiting and matching veterans to the right assignments
- Building long-term relationships with both customers and employees
- Driving business from the first meeting to closing
- Taking responsibility for growing your area step by step
