We are now looking for a dedicated store salesperson who wants to be the spider in the web of our store.

At Malå Skogstjänst, we are experts in what we do. We are a close-knit team of 11 employees where the paths to decision-making are short and the sense of community is strong.

We are entering an exciting time! As our current salesperson is retiring, we are looking for a successor who wants to drive our sales forward and help us scale up further.

Your role

As a store salesperson with us, you have a central role. You are the first person customers meet and the last they talk to before they leave us. Your task is to ensure that the store is inviting and that every customer receives the guidance they need.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and guiding customers in the store with a high level of service.
• Handling sales and providing advice on our product range.
• Manufacturing hydraulic hoses.
• Ensuring that store shelves are well-stocked, fronted, and tidy – you have an eye for detail.
• As a natural part of your role, you ensure that our customers encounter an inspiring image of us digitally as well, where you are responsible for keeping our social media lively and updated.
• Managing incoming and outgoing deliveries as well as inventory.
• Handling cash register work and administrative tasks related to sales.

For you, a well-maintained store and satisfied customers with the right solutions are the greatest motivation in your workday. You understand that good service is about both knowledge and attitude, and you take pride in being well-informed and helpful.

We believe you have experience in retail or service, but the most important thing is not your background but your personality and your willingness to learn our product range. You are unpretentious, take initiative, and enjoy juggling multiple tasks at once.

Requirements for the position:

• Experience in customer service or sales.
• A natural ability to communicate with people.
• Physical ability to handle product picking and move around in a retail environment.
• Ability to unload and load goods.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license (B).
• Forklift and tractor licenses are a plus.
