About the position

As a service advisor, you are the hub between the customer, workshop, and technician. You are responsible for ensuring that every customer feels seen, secure, and well-informed throughout the entire process.

Your tasks include:

  • Meeting customers via phone, digitally, and in person
  • Booking and planning workshop tasks and optimizing capacity
  • Providing advice on service and repair needs
  • Actively working with upselling and creating added value for the customer

With the customer in focus, you ensure a smooth customer journey, from the first contact to drop-off and delivery. This also includes administrative tasks that require good structure and order.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in similar roles, where customer-facing work and sales are particularly meritorious. As a person, you are equally interested in people as in technology, and you learn new systems and routines quickly. A valid driver's license (B) is required.

In the role of service advisor, you collaborate closely with your colleagues in sales and the workshop, which you see as a natural part of the job. As the face of Norrlands Bil, it is important that you have a positive demeanor, are social, professional, and trustworthy. You communicate well in both spoken and written form and have a clear customer focus.

Since the role can involve a fast pace at times, we see that you have a sense of order and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Three predecessors have combined their strengths. Norrlands Bil is the sum of three parallel success stories. Skellefteå Bil started in Skellefteå in 1944, Müllers in Luleå in 1946, and Bil-City in Kiruna in 1961. In our shared story, we find some milestones in the development of the passenger car. As the Volkswagen Group developed into several world-leading car brands, the two family businesses grew into pioneers in Västerbotten and Norrbotten.

Today, we have about 380 employees across the three companies: Norrlands Bil Sverige AB (passenger cars), Norrlands Bil Tunga Fordon AB (trucks), and Service AB (property & finance). We are distributed over seven locations from Skellefteå in the south to Kiruna in the north and have a turnover of approximately 1.5 billion.
