We divide our stores into the following departments: Sports, running and training - Children and leisure - Outdoor and hunting - Skis and bikes – Workshop - Warehouse and logistics - Checkout. In the Ski and bike department, we sell products and equipment for bikes and skis, and we also offer several services such as ski waxing and assembly of additional equipment for bikes. In the role of salesperson, your main purpose is to ensure that customers have a great shopping experience and leave the store satisfied. 

As an Assistant Sales Leader at XXL, you are responsible for the department when the Sales Leader is not present, which requires leadership and the ability to work in a structured manner. You play a key role in executing campaigns and, together with the Sales Leader and the team, ensuring a selling and inspiring department.

Responsibilities:

• Help customers find the right products

• Unpack and display goods while contributing to keeping the department clean and tidy

• Contribute to training your colleagues

• Practice XXL's operational standards and follow applicable routines and guidelines

• Ensure that campaigns are executed as planned

• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to the department's employees

To succeed in this role, we believe you:

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

• Are self-driven and take initiative

• Master Swedish or a Scandinavian language, both written and spoken

Qualifications:

• Good experience in one or more of the sports: Cross-country skiing, alpine skiing, or cycling
