About the job

The position entails: Summer substitute position, 32 hours per week. We prefer that you have the possibility for an introduction and extra work during the spring.

Start date: 2026-06-15 or by agreement.

Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the tasks. You need good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written).

When you work at Willys, you get a fast-paced daily routine. You do everything from unpacking goods, working at the checkout, helping our customers find their way, and keeping the store clean and fresh. As a summer employee at Willys, you will quickly take your own responsibility and become an important part of the store team ensuring our customers get the best store experience, every day.

About you

• It is an advantage if you have worked in a store or with service, but it is not a requirement.
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do the same, that's great!
• You take responsibility for your job, are punctual, and reliable.
• You have the prerequisites and personal qualities that make you a good fit to work with us. If you apply for the job, you will be asked to take a test that shows this.
