We are currently looking for a Rental Sales Agent to join EK Car Rental in Skellefteå on an as-needed basis. This role involves working extra hours as needed throughout the year, with the possibility of full-time employment during the summer holiday season.

A Car Rental Agent, or "Rental Sales Agent", is responsible for customer contact, service, and administration. As a Rental Sales Agent at EK Car Rental in Skellefteå, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, driving sales, and achieving our targets. You will work both independently and as part of a team, contributing to our continued growth.

Your daily tasks involve customer interactions, handling customer inquiries, and planning and managing the logistics of rental and return processes efficiently. Your duties also include cleaning, washing, and basic vehicle maintenance, where attention to detail is paramount. Team spirit is of utmost importance to us; we collaborate closely to create engagement and a pleasant working environment, ensuring a well-maintained fleet and delivering an excellent customer experience!

Your Background

We are looking for a service- and goal-oriented individual who loves delivering results. We believe you are someone with strong communication skills, who is self-reliant, responsible, and a good team player. Given the often fast-paced nature of the work, you need to be stress-resistant, capable of making quick decisions, and enjoy problem-solving.

We wish for you to have local knowledge to assist our customers with directions and travel information. Experience in the car rental industry is considered an asset.

You are computer literate and comfortable working with various digital systems and tools in your daily work.

You are fluent in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Hold a valid Class B driver's license is a requirement.

Employment Facts

This is an as-needed position where you work extra hours as required throughout the year, with the offer of full-time work during the summer holiday period. The position is based at our office at Hammarvägen 1.

Working hours vary and are distributed across days, evenings, and weekends.
