Are you our new star? Are you service-oriented and enjoy working with cars and people? We are currently looking for a Rental Sales Agent to join Avis in Umeå.

A car rental agent, or "Rental Sales Agent", works with customer contact, service, administration, and vehicle reconditioning. As a Rental Sales Agent at Avis in Umeå, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, driving upselling, and achieving our targets. You will work both independently and as part of a team, contributing to our continued growth.

Your daily tasks involve customer contact (via phone, over the counter, and email), handling customer inquiries, and planning and managing the logistics for rental and return processes efficiently. Your work also includes exterior and interior cleaning of our vehicles and other basic vehicle maintenance, where attention to detail is of high importance. Delivery and pickup of cars from companies are also included.

Your Background

We are looking for a service- and goal-oriented individual who loves delivering results and being the face of the company. We believe you have good communication skills, are self-reliant, responsible, and a great team player. Since the pace is often fast, you need to be stress-resistant, able to make quick decisions, and enjoy solving problems.

We wish you have local knowledge to assist our customers with directions and travel information. Experience in the car rental industry is considered an asset.

You have good computer skills and are comfortable working with various digital systems and tools in your daily work.

You are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

A valid B-class driver's license is a requirement.

Working hours vary and are distributed across days, evenings, and weekends.
