Your Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, where you respond to questions about, for example, invoices, contracts, services, and subscriptions. • You will perform basic technical troubleshooting of broadband and telephony. • As an employee, you contribute to structure and knowledge sharing within the team to create a positive customer experience in every contact and good cohesion within your team.

Working hours and conditions Scope: Full-time, permanent. A probationary period applies. Start date: April/May Working hours: Daytime between 09:00-18:00 and every third weekend between 10:00-14:00.
