Bolt.Works is growing in Sweden and we are now looking for a salesperson who wants to be part of developing our business further!

We are a Finnish-owned company with a strong position in Finland, where we have built a stable and growing business over many years. Now we continue to establish and develop Bolt.Works in Sweden. This means an exciting combination - the entrepreneurial spirit of a growth company, combined with the security and experience of an established organization. Our Swedish operations maintain close dialogue with the Finnish organization, providing support, knowledge, and a long-term perspective in everything we do.

About the job

As a salesperson with us, you will become an important part of our Swedish team. You will work on creating new business, developing customer relationships, and contributing to strengthening our market position. The role involves significant personal responsibility and the opportunity to make an impact, while you have support from an organization with extensive industry experience.

We are looking for you!

We are looking for someone with sales experience who thrives in a role where you drive business forward yourself. You are relationship-oriented, business-driven, and motivated by finding new opportunities and creating long-term partnerships. Experience from staffing or similar roles where you have worked closely with corporate clients is an asset.

You need to be able to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, as both languages are used in the work. A B-class driver's license is a requirement for the position.

Employment type

Full-time, permanent. Probationary period applies.
