Are you passionate about sales, customer relationships, and that magical feeling of rolling out onto the roads towards a new adventure? At BW Fritid, we are growing rapidly and are now looking for a driven and engaged salesperson to join our team for motorhomes and caravans.
Your Role
As a salesperson with us, you are more than just an intermediary – you are a dream maker. You guide everyone from expectant families to life-enjoying retirees through the jungle of floor plans, extra equipment, and financing solutions.

About Us
BW Fritid is Northern Sweden's oldest and leading motorhome/caravan company, and is today run as a modern family business with good profitability. Since our start in 1973, we have grown from 0 to over 160 million SEK in turnover and 20 employees. We have our sales operations in Ersboda and a full-service workshop complete with winter storage in Vännäs.
We are authorized dealers of motorhomes and caravans from the industry's leading brands. In addition to new vehicles, we have a large used inventory containing all brands in all price ranges.
At BW Fritid, the motto is "pleasant" and it permeates our entire operation. It should be pleasant to come to us as a customer, whether to buy a new motorhome, service a caravan, or change a gas bottle, and we who work at BW Fritid have a pleasant time at work.
Your Tasks
As a salesperson with us, you have a varied job where the focus is on creating business and satisfied customers.
- You are responsible for the entire sales process: from viewing and needs analysis to quotation, contract signing, and delivery.
- You actively work to present our vehicles in the showroom and ensure they are shown from their best side, also digitally.
- You handle valuation and trade-ins of vehicles and calculate attractive financing proposals.
- You participate in the planning of events and trade fairs and contribute ideas to attract more customers to us.
- You maintain close dialogue with our workshop and our suppliers to ensure that the customer's delivery is exactly as promised.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who thrives in a social and responsible role. You have an innate sales drive, are results-oriented, and have the ability to build trust quickly. You plan and manage your own workday and enjoy juggling many balls at once. Since we are a tight-knit group, you are a team player who is happy to help where needed – whether it's a complex deal or practically tidying up the showroom.
You are straightforward, clear, and enjoy an informal environment where we laugh together. Since we are growing, you need to be flexible and like it when things happen. We prefer that you have previous experience in sales (preferably vehicles or capital goods), but your personality and attitude are the most important things to us.
We work entirely digitally in well-adapted industry systems. It is therefore important that you have good computer skills and are comfortable working digitally. A B-class driver's license is a requirement.
The position is a permanent full-time job located at our facility in Ersboda. We offer a salary model that reflects your engagement. We believe in rewarding results, and therefore we have a model that combines a fixed salary with a generous commission component.
