We are now looking for a rental administrator to join our team that works with renting apartments, storage units, and parking spaces.

Job Description:

The role of a rental administrator involves administration, management, and processing of our rental agreements. You will also be responsible for apartment exchanges, contract transfers, and subletting. Customer contacts occur via phone, email, and through personal visits in the customer reception. The job includes staffing the company phone and reception, handling various types of deliveries, and managing keys for staff and contractors. This means there is a wide variety of tasks during a workday.

Competence Profile:

You should have general high school qualifications and a few years of experience in administrative work. If you have also worked with rentals and have education or experience in rental law, it is an advantage.

You also need to have very good communication skills in both spoken and written form. Good knowledge of English is a requirement, as well as very good computer skills.

Personal Qualities:

To succeed in this role, you need to be quality-conscious and meticulous, with good adherence to applicable routines and policies. It is important that you are comfortable working independently, but we also value good teamwork skills. You should have a positive attitude and wholehearted commitment, as well as good communication skills, and enjoy working with people and providing excellent service.

Are you interested?

The position is a permanent employment with a desired start date in early March 2026. We normally apply a probationary period.
