We are Northern Sweden's leading dealer of Volvo, Polestar, Renault, Dacia, Ford, and used cars, selling a total of 9,000 vehicles per year. We sell passenger cars and commercial vehicles, have a rental car business, workshops, tire hotels, offer refueling and washing services, and have well-stocked auto parts stores. Bilbolaget employs about 500 people and has locations in 15 towns in Northern Sweden.

We are now seeking a Body Shop Manager for Bilbolaget in Umeå. In this role, you will be responsible for the body shop and your mission is to lead, support, and develop our repair technicians, as well as ensure that we have systems and working methods in place to ensure profitability and satisfied customers. You will maintain close communication with insurance companies and work for good compliance regarding, for example, lead times and repair times.

The role is both strategic and operational. You have full budget, result, and personnel responsibility for your operation, which includes about 10 employees. You work together with other managers in the area to drive towards common goals while leading and distributing work in the body shop with a present leadership style.

The body shop business is of great strategic importance to our company, and as Body Shop Manager, you will report directly to the overall Service Market Manager for Bilbolaget Nord. You will work closely with other local managers to achieve our common goals.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership roles, preferably from technical or production environments
• Basic knowledge of economics, goal management, and follow-up
• As a person, you are clear, structured, driven, and coaching.

This is a role that requires your ability to work across multiple areas and to handle both details and strategic issues. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
