About the position
Your days are varied, and you find it easy to create and maintain contacts with all kinds of people as you have a lot of customer contact. You solve daily challenges and find improvement opportunities for the future. A driver's license is required, and we cover a large area, which may involve some travel.
You are responsible for new and additional sales of the company's broad range of services. You work independently throughout the sales process, from prospecting, processing, developing customized solutions to closing deals. But also together with your colleagues in the region and at the office in Skellefteå.
You will also perform service/control/maintenance of fire technical installations, deliver/install equipment at customer sites, and service smoke hatches, but primarily the work involves processing new and existing customers.
This is a hybrid position where most of the work is independent sales combined with installation/service of fire protection products.
We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in our customers and their questions about fire protection. Several years of experience in B2B sales is a requirement, and sales within fire/safety is an advantage.
You have a strong desire to sell, win the business, and succeed. You will make many calls to people you have not contacted before and visit many existing and potential customers. Your attitude is that every call leads forward. You embody Firesafe's values of Professional, Competent, and Engaged and are a person who wants to develop.
You can express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English as there is a lot of contact with customers as well as internally. You have good computer skills and are used to working with planning and additional sales.
