We are currently seeking an Order & Delivery Coordinator for an exciting assignment with our client Telia. They offer a wide range of communication services and contribute daily to shaping the digital transformation in the Nordic region. Their products and services play a crucial role in addressing current and future societal and environmental challenges.

Full-time, consultant assignment initially for 6 months, with the possibility of permanent recruitment to Telia thereafter. Start as soon as possible. You will be based at the office located in Umeå.

Your Responsibilities

As an Order & Delivery Coordinator, you will become part of a dynamic team within Delivery & Billing IoT - Smart Transport, ensuring that Telia's IoT customers are onboarded smoothly, deliveries are coordinated efficiently, and invoicing runs without errors. The role involves both operational work and opportunities to develop and improve processes for new products.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and coordinate orders in collaboration with colleagues and customers
• Identify and drive improvements in the order flow
• Participate in and occasionally lead projects
• Collaborate with delivery specialists on the implementation of new products
• Create and update routines

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is positive, self-driven, and has a good ability to manage both your time and tasks. You are adaptable, learn quickly, and find it easy to build and maintain good relationships. You work in a structured manner with an eye for detail and are not afraid to speak up when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Relevant education
• Background in coordination and administration
• Experience in driving projects
• Insight into IoT and Telecommunications
• Ability to communicate fluently in speech and writing, both in Swedish and English
