About the position

We are now looking for a customer service agent for our office in central Umeå. In this role, you will be an important part of an engaged team representing several well-known brands. You will be the customers' first contact via incoming calls, emails, and chat, helping them resolve their inquiries with both care and efficiency.

You will work in our newly renovated premises on the 10th floor of Thulehuset, with a fantastic view of the river and central Umeå. Here, there is a warm and inclusive atmosphere where team spirit, job satisfaction, and development are at the center.

The working hours are mainly office hours, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, but we would like you to be flexible when needed.

Salary and conditions

We offer variable pay, where your performance and engagement make a difference. For us, security is important – therefore, you also have a guaranteed monthly salary according to our collective agreement with Unionen.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who likes people, is curious, and wants to develop together with us.

For the position, you are required to:

• have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• have a high school diploma or equivalent experience

• have previous work experience and references

• have good computer skills

To succeed in this role, you are stress-resistant, solution-oriented, and communicative. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy collaborating, and understand the importance of providing good service – every time. Experience from similar work is an advantage, but we place the greatest emphasis on your personality and your willingness to develop.
