WeSkill is a consulting company that offers specialist expertise for IT/tech assignments. We are now looking for a communicative team player for a long-term assignment with one of our clients in Skellefteå.
About the assignment:
We are looking for someone who wants to work with customer support and technical solutions in an assignment focused on socially beneficial digital systems. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be an important part of an engaged team that ensures customers receive the right help, guidance, and support in their daily lives.
You will work in an environment where collaboration, initiative, and learning are at the center. Here you will have the opportunity to develop while contributing to improving digital services used by many people every day.
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in customer support or application support
- Thrives in a role where you combine service, technology, and problem-solving
- Is communicative, pedagogical, and has an easy time building trust
- Has the ability to work systematically and prioritize tasks
- Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Has an interest in IT and preferably a technical education or background
- Experience from the education or public sector is a plus but not a requirement
