We are looking for staff for passenger services at Umeå Airport! Here you will become a key person in the airport's daily operations. You will work in a dynamic environment where no day is the same – whether you are handling passenger check-in, working in security control, or ensuring that everything runs smoothly for both passengers and airlines.

What does the role entail? You will welcome travelers at check-in, check passengers in security control, handle baggage, and ensure that everyone has the correct travel documents for their flight. At the information desk, you will assist passengers with inquiries, baggage issues, and ensure that their experience at the airport is smooth. Since the airport works integrated across unit boundaries, the position also includes other tasks, such as cleaning and support for PRM (passengers with reduced mobility) to ensure a safe and comfortable journey. In your role, you will work in several different data systems, including at check-in.

The position is 80% and includes scheduled shift work, including work every other weekend.

Who are you? We are looking for someone who wants to work in service and enjoys meeting new people every day.

You have:

  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

  • Computer skills and a quick ability to learn new systems

  • Experience in customer service, service sector

Meritorious:

  • Knowledge of additional languages besides Swedish and English

  • Driver's license B, as working hours are irregular
