Do you want to contribute to reduced loneliness and increased quality of life?
Do you enjoy working independently? No formal education is required – we are looking for the right personality, drive, and commitment. Are you excited but unsure if you have enough experience? Apply!
About the job
To reduce loneliness and increase the quality of life among the elderly, Stunder offers a complementary home and elderly care service focused on social care, where we match the elderly with specially selected individuals in the local area. This way, we contribute to meaningful relationships, increased activity, experiences, social interaction, daily assistance without time pressure, and much more.
Responsibilities
A customer manager at Stunder handles our recruitment and matching process and works in our digital tool. You will call candidates, conduct interviews digitally, and complete recruitment processes. The role involves managing multiple processes simultaneously.
You are the first point of contact for both customers and Stundare across Sweden and maintain ongoing contact via phone, email, chat, and video calls. The role includes administration, communication, and service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. You also support Stundare in their assignments, build relationships, and guide them in matters related to customer interaction and administrative tools.
Essentially, you are a spider in the web, driving the work forward! If you enjoy interacting with people, this will be the role for you.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves, has experience in elderly care, and an understanding of our customers' life situations. You find it easy to build relationships and enjoy varied tasks. You do not need a university degree or experience in recruitment – we are looking for someone with the right personal qualities, a good heart, and the willingness to grow into the role.
Since we are a small business (that is going to grow!), you need to be proactive and enjoy when things happen. You feel comfortable handling contacts via chat, video calls, phone, and email and take responsibility for the administrative parts of your work.
The team
You will be part of a team of 6 people who have extensive experience in both elderly care and staffing/recruitment. Stunder is a spin-off business within the Aleva group, which has around 300 employees and operates in elderly and disability care. Through innovation and value-driven work, we aim to build the future of elderly care. Work takes place on weekdays during the day from our office at Björnvägen 17 in Umeå, but we offer services to customers all over Sweden.
Start and scope
Full-time with a start date to be agreed upon. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, so apply today. For questions, call Caroline Libell at 070-680 87 02.
