Sales Coordinator – Become a key player in EDU Group's national expansion!

Location: Any place in Norrbotten or Västerbotten

Employment: Full-time

EDU Gruppen Sverige AB is in one of its strongest growth phases ever. We are establishing ourselves in more cities, training more participants, and currently building one of Sweden's most modern educational organizations in transport, construction, and industry.

We are now looking for you who want to take a central role in this journey – an administrative salesperson who enjoys pace, responsibility, and creating customer relationships that make a difference.

The Role – where structure meets sales!

As an Administrative Salesperson, you are often the first contact customers have with us – and you are the one who makes everything run smoothly internally. You will work with both sales and administration in a fast-paced environment, and you will play an important role in coordinating planning, customer dialogue, and quality delivery as we grow across Sweden.

Your key tasks:

Sales & Customer Relations

- Have daily contact with businesses and private customers – and provide them with top-class service

- Identify needs and present the right educational solutions

- Work with proactive sales towards companies all over Sweden

- Prepare quotes, follow up leads, and actively work to close deals

- Build long-term customer relationships that create repeat business

Administration that makes a difference

- Plan and book participants for our training courses across the country

- Send invitations, information, and manage participant lists

- Support teachers with structure, planning, and preparations

- Report training results to authorities and customers

- Create invoicing documentation and handle simpler financial administration

Coordination & Internal Development

- Work closely with our educational managers and instructors

- Create order in our systems, tools, and processes

- Contribute improvement suggestions as we scale up nationally

- Be part of marketing and campaign efforts together with the sales team

Who are you?

You are a doer – a person who takes initiative, enjoys customer contact, and thrives when things are happening. You easily build trust and like to combine structure with sales.

- Have experience in administration, customer service, or sales (preferably a combination!)

- Are communicative, meticulous, and take initiative

- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy responsibility

- Have good computer skills and quickly learn new systems
