At Sonepar Sweden, we are now looking for an engaged and driven Store Manager who wants to help take our store to the next level. With us, you will be an important part of a well-functioning team with great commitment and strong team spirit.

About the role

As Store Manager, you will have a central role in our operations where you lead the daily work in the store and ensure that the customer experience is of the highest level. The position is a permanent employment that starts with a 6-month probationary period. You will work during the day together with our store salespeople and technical inside salespeople.

Your responsibilities

• Drive and develop the store's daily operations.
• Contribute with expert knowledge in electrical technology products.
• Work closely with your team to achieve sales targets and deliver a top-class customer experience.
• Create and nurture customer relationships through advice, technical support, and tailored solutions.
• Be responsible for activity plans, product range, and collaboration with suppliers.
• Have overall responsibility for the work environment in the store.
• Contribute ideas, improvements, and energy to continuously develop the store and our service.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating with others and spreads energy, commitment, and a positive atmosphere around you. You work in a structured manner and create order in everyday life, while being solution-oriented and quickly finding ways forward when something unexpected arises. You are stable and secure even when the pace is high – a person who maintains focus and creates calm around you.

You preferably have experience in specialty retail and consultative sales, as well as a high school education in electrical technology or another equivalent background. You have an interest in electrical technology products and their applications, and you are passionate about providing first-class service and building long-term customer relationships. Above all, you have a strong desire to develop and learn more – with us, you will receive the support you need to succeed.
