At Ursviken Technology, you will become a key person in our sales team. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, understanding customer needs, and creating solutions that make a real difference. Here, you will work with high-quality machine tools and complete production solutions – and you will do it in an international environment with great freedom and flexibility.
Your role
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the entire sales process, from the first contact to delivery. You will visit customers, identify needs, present solutions, and close deals. The role is based in Ursviken, but you will travel approximately 50% of the time to meet customers and build long-term relationships.
Your responsibilities:
- Create new business and develop existing customer relationships within the manufacturing industry
- Conduct needs analyses and present effective production solutions
- Prepare quotes and drive deals to completion
- Collaborate closely with technical support and product specialists
We are looking for someone who has:
- Energy, motivation, and a genuine interest in sales
- The ability to understand industrial production processes and investments
- Experience in selling industrial equipment or similar, or a strong willingness to learn
- Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in English
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the working time
Meritorious: Experience with machine tools, production line solutions, or industrial investments.
