We are a small preschool unit located at Tegelviksgatan 51 in the heart of Södermalm, opposite Sjöstaden! The preschool accommodates 22 children and 4+1 educators. We have two age-divided groups; younger and older, and we are now looking for an additional childcare worker who wants to work with us and the younger children aged 1-2 years.

We are looking for cheerful, energetic childcare workers who love children!

You should be flexible in your work, responsible, have good pedagogical skills, and be able to collaborate easily with colleagues and parents. Childcare education is an advantage, but great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and previous experience of working in preschool.

You should be able to plan, implement, and evaluate activities in accordance with the goals in the Preschool Curriculum and the principal's set objectives for the operations. You should be well acquainted with and work according to the Preschool Curriculum.

You should have the ability to see a clear and distinct child perspective, maintain good and close contact with colleagues and guardians, as well as the ability to plan, follow up, and document the work in the children's group.

We document both quality assurance for the operations and through the children's digital portfolios, as well as regular documentation on our intranet and preschool app.

You will participate in all our activities and joint meetings with the work team, parent meetings, and parent conversations.

You will also be responsible for pedagogical documentation, etc., so we are looking for someone with previous experience of working in preschool and who masters the Swedish language correctly.

The position is part-time (75%) and available from February 2026, or according to agreement. The schedule may be arranged with 4 days of work/1 day off per week depending on the children's schedules. This may also shift term by term.
