About the position 

We at Bonzi are looking for 6 new colleagues who want to work as personal assistants with varying degrees of employment from 50-100% for our client who lives in Nacka Strand with his family.

Furthermore, the client’s relatives only wish for male assistants.

Job responsibilities:

• Support in daily routines and household chores.

• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals.

• Practical support at home and in daily activities.

• Be present at school on weekdays.

The position involves shifts scheduled according to the following working hours on weekdays and weekends:

• 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM.

• 07:00 AM - 11:00 PM.

About the client:

We are looking for a personal assistant for a boy in his late teens with autism. He is non-verbal and primarily communicates with the help of visual aids, which means you need to be attentive, observant, and comfortable interpreting signals and needs. He enjoys crafting, being outdoors, swinging, and swimming in pools. To thrive in this role, you need to appreciate being active and present in these activities.

About you:

Our client exhibits challenging behavior and needs an assistant who is close by, works calmly and structured, and can provide support through distraction and security in daily life. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is stable, patient, and has a calm demeanor, and who easily understands signals, breaks patterns, and can distract and interpret communication without words.

Experience with autism or challenging behavior is advantageous, but the most important thing is that you have the right personality, want to make a difference, and feel comfortable working closely with a person throughout the day. You are someone who collaborates well with others since the client has double assistance.

We offer a meaningful and varied job where you have the opportunity to contribute to a young person's safety and development. You will receive training and support so that you feel secure in your assignment.

Requirements:

• Must be able to swim and tolerate chlorine.

• Non-smoker.

• At least 2 years of experience working as a personal assistant or similar in care and support.

Desirable: Experience with autism and challenging behavior.

Scope:  6 positions with varying degrees of employment from 50-100%.

Start date: Mid-January 2026. Interviews are ongoing and can be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
