We are currently looking for substitutes starting as soon as possible until the end of June 2026. At the Relations Violence Center Sydost, seven family therapists work under the leadership of a unit manager. We serve residents in the districts of Enskede-Årsta-Vantör, Farsta, and Skarpnäck.
The Relations Violence Center Sydost offers individual conversations for adult victims of violence, perpetrators, and children who have experienced violence. We also provide group activities for adult victims of violence and support in legal processes for adults who have reported violence in close relationships.
We are located in pleasant premises in the Slakthus area, Globen, with proximity to both subway, tram, and bus connections.

Your role
As a family therapist at the Relations Violence Center Sydost, you will have an exciting and varied job. Primarily, we work with conversations. These can be crisis, support, and processing conversations. You will work both independently in individual sessions and together with colleagues in group activities. You will collaborate with both internal and external partners and participate in the unit's ongoing development work with experienced colleagues.
Your competence and experience
- Degree in social work or other relevant experience that the employer finds relevant
- Experience working within social services
- Documented knowledge and experience of working with domestic violence.
It is meritorious if you have:
- Training in the Trappan model, ATV, or Utväg Skaraborg's group treatment
- Training in conversations about freedom
- Experience working with children who have experienced violence
- Experience working with perpetrators.
We are looking for someone with personal maturity and a positive outlook who can combine competence with an understanding of what it is like to work in a politically governed organization. We appreciate your engagement and creativity that contributes to the unit's development. You have a good ability to work systematically and are used to planning and documenting your work. Setting the right priorities based on the needs of the operation is natural for you. At the same time, you are flexible and can adjust your planning when the needs of the operation change. You thrive in a fast-paced work environment and are comfortable working based on assignments made in connection with authority exercises.
