Medical Secretary at Hylte Health Center

We are now looking for a medical secretary for Hylte Health Center, located in Torup.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities include, among other things, medical record documentation, certificates, mail handling, document scanning, reception work, and various administrative tasks related to the healthcare administrative flow.

About the Workplace

Hylte Health Center is a pleasant and well-established health center with operations in Hyltebruk, Torup, and Unnaryd. Currently, about 10,000 patients have chosen to register with us.

In this position, you will be placed in Torup, where doctors, district nurses, diabetes nurses, asthma/COPD nurses, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries work. The entire rehabilitation operation is located in Hyltebruk. The small unit contributes to good patient knowledge and allows us to provide personal care for the whole family.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained medical secretary. Knowledge of the Cosmic journal system and IT skills are advantageous.

As a medical secretary, you are the first point of contact for our patients. A pleasant demeanor and good service are prerequisites. We also see that you are positive and engaged regarding changes, as you will be involved in the health center's development work together with other employees. We value initiative and flexibility, the ability to collaborate, and a strong sense of service. You want to be an important part of the team at the clinic, where different workgroups collaborate closely.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
