About the position

At Expario, we are currently looking for an accounting assistant to join our client's invoicing team in Halmstad. In this role, you will be a key person in ensuring that the invoicing process runs smoothly and accurately. You will work closely with customer service, salespeople, and the company's clients.

Examples of tasks:

- Manage and administer invoicing - Ensure correct documentation and reporting - Work in Excel and business systems - Maintain ongoing contact with internal and external parties

We are looking for someone who

- Has experience with similar accounting tasks - Is familiar with working in Excel and business systems - Is structured, stress-resistant, and organized - Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
