Your new role 

Our well-known client in hygiene and health is now looking for an engaged and self-driven Unit Controller for their factory in Falkenberg. Here you will work in a dynamic and developing environment where you play a central role in optimizing cost efficiency and supporting the business with value-creating analyses and decision-making support.

As a Unit Controller, you will work closely with both production and distribution to ensure an efficient and profitable operation. You are a key person in following up and analyzing cost drivers, identifying areas for improvement, and driving gap analyses. You will also monitor both financial and operational key performance indicators (KPIs) and present your insights to management teams and other stakeholders within the organization.

Your main responsibilities:

• Analyze costs and follow up on production and distribution processes
• Conduct variance reports between budget and actuals
• Proactively work with financial analyses and contribute to strategic decisions
• Support in budgeting, forecasting, and year-end closing work
• Collaborate and communicate with various functions within the company

To be successful in this role, you need

• 3–5 years of experience in controller work, preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, year-end closing, and financial analyses
• Very good communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Desirable: Good understanding of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
