We are now looking for a Unit Controller for our client in the hygiene and health sector in Falkenberg.

As a Unit Controller, you will play a key role in optimizing cost efficiency in both the factory and distribution processes. The role requires a strong business interest, an analytical mind, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. You will act as a role model for safety and contribute to identifying areas for improvement through careful monitoring of cost drivers and gap analyses.

You will be responsible for analyzing both financial and non-financial key performance indicators (KPIs) for manufacturing and distribution, as well as closely monitoring and explaining deviations between budget and actual results. A good understanding of manufacturing costs (COGS) is crucial for influencing strategic decisions and generating cost savings.

The role also requires good communication skills, as you will collaborate with various parts of the organization. To succeed in this role, we expect you to have excellent Excel skills and 3–5 years of experience in a similar role focusing on accounting, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
