JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a service administrator, you will provide first-class service via phone, visits, and digital media to our citizens and internal operations. The work involves registering and searching for information during ongoing phone calls. You will also perform certain administrative tasks. You are expected to engage in dialogue with the municipality's operations on how to best carry out the assignment.

We are divided into three response groups based on the services provided by the municipality's administrations and companies. You will be part of a team that works together to achieve set service goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent service and approaches their tasks with a positive and proactive attitude. You have a high school diploma, a university degree, or other education deemed suitable for the position, along with work experience in customer service. You have excellent language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of English. It is also required that you have strong IT skills as much of the work is performed using various IT systems. Familiarity with Falkenberg Municipality as a place and/or organization is an advantage, and you are eager to learn more about different aspects of the municipality's operations.

As a person, you are solution-focused and communicate in an engaging and positive manner adapted to a variety of situations. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy working together with others in a team. You thrive in an outgoing role, easily connect with others, and build good relationships while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor towards citizens, colleagues, and our internal contacts. Furthermore, you are attentive and accommodating, with a genuine interest, willingness, and ability to help and guide people.
