We are now looking for a motivated and service-minded sales associate with a strong work ethic, who wants to spread positivity and energy in our store in Sollentuna. The position is a permanent part-time role of 15 hours/week, with an initial 6-month probation period. The position is expected to be filled in January!

Responsibilities:

• Sales and customer service
• Restocking merchandise
• Ensuring the store is clean and inviting
• Cash handling and participation in opening/closing

About You

We are looking for an engaged and hard-working sales associate who:

• Is service-oriented with a positive attitude
• Is a team player who sees opportunities rather than limitations
• Is willing to learn Deichmann's shoe concept
• Is prepared for hard physical work as heavy lifting may occur

There are many paths into Deichmann; your attitude and commitment are the most important qualities. You may have previous experience in service roles, e.g., restaurant/store, or worked in a similar industry where you are used to a fast pace, or you may be seeking your first job where you want to learn, develop, and have the right mindset. If you are someone who enjoys interacting with people and wants to give that little extra to the customer, this job could be for you. You are someone who takes responsibility and thrives on challenges. We also appreciate that you are open to working in nearby stores and that you can work extra hours when needed. You must be at least 18 years old to work with us, and you should speak and write fluent Swedish.
