About Us

Nordic Travel Clearing AB is a fintech company and a leading expert in travel administration. We provide digital payment solutions that reduce costs for all parties involved in a business trip.

We are currently the only payment solution on the Swedish market where travel suppliers, such as hotels, car rentals, and taxis, can charge travelers' corporate accounts with correct VAT and complete accounting references. Companies' approval and accounting routines become more efficient while travelers can travel receipt-free without using a payment card to pay for accommodations and taxi rides. Nordic Travel Clearing has been part of Nordtech Group since 2023, and we are in a phase of exciting growth and development. We have seen an increased demand for our services and rapid development within the travel administration industry. To take the next step in our journey, we are now looking for a Team Manager who wants to lead a group of about 8-10 Support Specialists and be an important part of how we build our support organization with pride, structure, and genuine care.

About the Role

As a Team Manager, you are both operational in our customer support and the closest leader for your team, responsible for creating a clear direction, high-quality service work, and a strong team spirit. You coach employees, follow up on goals and quality, prioritize daily work, and contribute to the development of our processes and routines.

Your Responsibilities Include
  • Being a present and coaching leader in the team's daily activities

  • Supporting development, performance, and well-being

  • Creating a safe, positive, and professional team culture

  • Ensuring staffing, workload distribution, and compliance

  • Monitoring quality in customer cases and driving improvements

  • Updating and developing routines and working methods

  • Driving and leading improvement work

  • Ensuring that changes are implemented sustainably

  • Being involved in operations through your own customer cases to fully understand your team's daily work and support in complex cases.

We Believe You Have
  • Experience in leadership

  • Experience in customer service/support or another service-intensive business

  • Good communication skills and confidence in providing clear, respectful, and developmental feedback

  • The ability to create structure and make wise priorities in a fast-paced environment with many parallel issues

  • The ability to combine operational work with leadership and enjoy being actively involved in delivery

  • Good analytical skills and experience in following up work, identifying patterns, and translating insights into concrete improvements

  • Experience in working with continuous improvements of processes and system issues

  • Very good Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written

Meritorious: experience in the travel industry or payment flows.
