Account Manager – Beauty

Do you love business, have an eye for beauty, and want to make a real difference? We are now looking for an Account Manager - Beauty who wants to grow with us at Gildhouse.

In this role, you will be a central part of our continued growth journey. You are a key player in developing our business and strengthening our brands with some of the largest players in the Nordic grocery and retail sectors.

Much is already in place. Strong brands, clear goals, and an ambitious growth plan. What we are missing is you. A doer. A structured and energetic salesperson who drives business forward and ensures that things happen, all the way to the finish line.

You take responsibility, maintain a high pace, and thrive in a role where initiative, focus, and execution are crucial. You combine business drive with structure and build strong customer relationships with both energy and long-term vision.

Your mission

• Drive sales and build relationships with new and existing customers (ICA, Åhléns, Lyko, etc.) • Ensure our brands are visible, sell, and grow – in-store and online • Create contacts, book meetings, and drive business development • Work closely with assortment, marketing, and logistics – we win together • Contribute ideas, energy, and a modern working approach • Follow up on sales, analyze statistics, and contribute to assortment development • Support purchasing and be an active part of the whole

• You enjoy a fast pace and take initiative • You have strong self-motivation and a clear sales focus • You build relationships quickly and professionally • You are digital, social, and have a sense for business and trends • Experience in B2B sales within FMCG, Retail, or Beauty is an advantage • You understand the purchasing processes of chains • You have good system skills (CRM, Excel, business systems)
